Let them create acceptance criteria that means a card won’t move for a week, cause they will

Raise issues as observations in retrospective and provide suggestions if they have none

Provide observations when the sprint backlog is still full 1\2 way though 

Work with the product owner to determine the cadence they will move things to done done

Understand the level of detail the product owner will use to pass acceptance criteria
